Smarts Army Surplus
We are a friendly, family run business in the centre of Pontypridd. We began in the indoor market in 1997 and moved to our premises on Market Street in 1999. As well as army surplus clothing, we stock work wear, security wear, both safety and non-safety footwear. We also have children’s combat clothing.
We sell wellington boots and waterproof suits.
For the adventurous among you we have a range of camping and survival gear.
We stock a selection of air rifles, bb guns and a range of knives.
We have sleeping bags, rucksacks, flags, hats, hammocks.... In fact, we are a little Aladdin's cave!
Security and Work Wear
We stock a full selection of security clothing, Security jackets with removable "Security" patches, Viper Security System belts, black trousers and pullovers. White shirts. Magnum torches, handcuffs. clip on ties, security armbands, security hats, Kevlar and tactical gloves. We now also stock a range of ex police clothing, with the word 'police' removed.
We stock overalls, new and ex-rental, Heavy duty and extreme work trousers (with extra thickness panels, knee pad pockets) safety footwear and Hi-Viz wear.
Outdoor and Survival
We stock a range of air rifles and pellets. We have fishing knives, diving knives, gardening knives and multi-tools. Swiss army knives and everyday knives. We have a range of camping and survival goods, such as emergency blankets, wire saw, folding shovel, sleeping bags, camping cookers and mess tins. We occasionally have 24 hour ration packs in stock.
We stock waterproof and Gore-tex clothing, poncho's, Jack Pyke hunting jackets and trousers. We have bags and rucksacks in several sizes.
